1 Organization of meetings with officials of the State Tax Service to consider and resolve issues, coordinate work and cooperation with structural units of the State Tax Service in areas related to introduction of free software solution of the State Tax Service and API of the fiscal server.
2 Regulation of introduction of software registrars of settlement operations, amendments to bylaws and clarification of provisions regarding application of regulations on usage of software registrars of settlement operations.
3 Functioning of free software solution and API of the fiscal server of the State Tax Service, connection, registration, suggestions for improving functionality, etc. Consideration of problematic issues related to introduction of free software solution and / or API of the fiscal server of the State Tax Service.
Contact Center of the State Tax Service regularly provides information and reference services to individuals and legal entities regarding taxation, single contribution to obligatory state social insurance and other legislation, observance of which is entrusted to the State Tax Service, including usage of registrars of settlement operations and its software version.
During the quarantine period, information and reference services are provided from 8:00 to 18:00, information support regarding usage of software registrars of settlement operations is until 20:00, excepting Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Applying to Contact Center of the State Tax Service for information support regarding usage registrars of settlement operations / its software version by individuals and legal entities is possible by:
phone 0-800-501-007 (free of charge from landlines), citizens who are outside Ukraine by number: +380 44 454 16 13 (choose direction “3” in the IVR menu);
e-mail to the e-mail address idd@tax.gov.ua (it is necessary to indicate “6005” in the subject field);
chat via the Public Information and Reference Resource (ZIR) (zir.tax.gov.ua) or in Viber and Telegram messengers (choose direction “Single, RRO” in the menu).
In addition, using ZIR, individuals and legal entities can independently search for answer to question in category 109 of Section “Questions-answers from the Knowledge Base”.
