Meeting of the monitoring group on testing the latest Register of calculated operations models was held at the STS

New meeting of the monitoring group on testing the latest models of RCO which included representatives of the STS, the Ministry of Finance and other central executive authorities took place at the STS within the framework of implementation of the draft project on registration and usage of the latest models of software and / or software-technical complexes intended for registration of settlement operations in the STS.

As of today the STS created the technical capability to integrate the latest model software with the STS information system through the programming interface ARI.

The newest models carry out / have the opportunity to test their own software, using the public API of the STS, in order to check the ability to generate and register electronic checks, to obtain fiscal numbers assigned to them by the STS server, to check the test load on the STS server while performing these functions.

Representatives of developers presented results of the test trials and draft operation of the latest RCO models (8 such models are included in the State Register within the experiment as of today). Relevant tests were conducted in the sphere of commerce (including Internet commerce), catering, cash transfer services for further transfer, passenger transportation, etc.

“Within the framework of experiment the STS created technical capabilities, levels and understandable conditions for testing the latest models for all participants of the experiment. Even working in the test mode the newest models are already proving their effectiveness. The full usage of the latest models will significantly reduce the cost and simplify the RCO for business. Results of testing, suggestions and remarks from representatives of developers of the latest models, other participants of the experiment are very important for the implementation of the latest models in industrial operation, as well as the implementation of the proposed legislative changes on the unshadowing of calculations in the sphere of commerce and services” – stated Director of Operation Support Department Dmytro Ventskovskyi.   

During the meeting participants also discussed the possibility of expanding the areas of testing the latest models according the current legislation, as well as their transposition into full application after the validity of the draft Law No. 1053-1 registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on 06.09.2019, which amends the Law of Ukraine “On the use of registers of calculated operations in the sphere of trade, catering and services” and create legal grounds for the large-scale implementation of the latest models (programmatic RCO).
