Meeting of expert groups of the State Tax Service and the Business Ombudsman Council was held within a framework of the Communication Tax Platform. During the event, taxation issues were discussed with which taxpayers addressed the Council.

It was about functioning of electronic VAT administration system and reimbursement of this tax. In particular, it was noted that recently the number of appeals on this issue has significantly decreased, which indicates positive dynamics of solving the issue. At the same time, payers in their appeals pay attention to those aspects that require systematic solution.

Participants of the meeting also reviewed state of execution of court decisions by the State Tax Service.

Specialists of the State Tax Service provided comprehensive answers to questions and consultations on innovations in tax legislation.
