Main tasks of the HR Management Department:

1. implementation of the state policy on personnel management at the STS;

2. execution of powers in the personnel management sphere by the Chairman;

3. organizational development of the STS;

4. selection of the STS’s personnel;

5. prognostication of personnel development, promotion of employees to go forward in career, improvement of their professional competence;

6. conduction of analytical and organizational work on the personnel management;

7. organizational and methodological guidance, control over the work with personnel in the STS's territorial bodies;

8. documenting entry to the civil service, its passage and termination.
