Regarding the new Notification form on completion of currency supervision by banks on compliance with deadlines for taxpayers' settlements for relevant operations on the product export to which export security regime is applied
Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine № 404 as of 19.08.2024 "On amendments to Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine № 535 as of 09.10.2023", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 03.09.2024 under № 1349/42694, which was published in the Ofitsiynyy visnyk Ukrayiny № 83 as of 27.09.2024 (hereinafter – Order of the Ministry of Finance № 404).
By Order of the Ministry of Finance № 404, technical amendments were made to the Notification form on completion of currency supervision by banks on compliance with deadlines for taxpayers' settlements for relevant operations on the product export to which export security regime is applied (hereinafter – Notification) and Procedure for its submission by banks to the State Tax Service services of Ukraine.
At the same time, attention should be paid to the fact that interaction of banks and the State Tax Service regarding submission of the Notification, form of which is approved by Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine № 535 as of 09.10.2023 (with changes), will be carried out after the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopts a corresponding decision on the introduction of export security regime (currently not introduced).
