Declaration - 2026: what controllers of the foreign companies should know

Declaration campaign is ongoing in Ukraine. If you are a controller of the foreign company, by May 1, 2026 the following must be submitted:

1. Annual declaration of assets and income.

2. Report on controlled foreign companies (separately for each company).

Certified copies of financial reporting must be attached to the report.

Important: If you do not have time to prepare full financial reporting by May, submit an abbreviated report. Full version can be added by the end of the year (by December 31).
