State Tax Service is expanding online Tax Consultant Offices

State Tax Service is expanding online points of the Tax Consultant Offices. In Kamianets-Podilskyi State Tax Inspectorate, online point of the Tax Consultant Office has been launched on the basis of the Taxpayer Service Center. This was announced by acting Head of the State Tax Service Lesya Karnaukh, who, together with People’s Deputy Ihor Marchuk and Head of Khmelnytskyi Regional Military Administration Serhii Tiurin, took part in the opening of such point. 

“Starting today, the taxpayers from Kamianets-Podilskyi can also receive consultation via the video link without having to travel to the regional center. Our specialists from Main Directorate of the State Tax Service in Khmelnytskyi region provide consultations in 13 areas. Process is very simple. The moderator meets the taxpayer, helps determine direction of the appeal and, depending on the need, either directs them to a specialized consultant offline or connects specialist remotely via the secure video link” – Lesya Karnaukh said. 

State Tax Service strives to make quality tax services available to residents of all communities. By the way, the first such online points appeared in Kyiv region and their services turned out to be extremely popular. And the State Tax Service continues to test this model in order to later scale it to the entire country.

In total, since the launch of the Tax Consultant Offices in 20 regions, the State Tax Service’s specialists have already provided more than 85 thousand consultations. 

State Tax Service has also launched tax services that help the taxpayers.

The first is jointly with the State Employment Service for grant recipients under the “Own business” program. This is full support – from business registration to RRO/PRRO, licenses and settlements with the budget.

The second one started last week with support of the Ministry of Veterans Affairs. It is about tax support for veteran entrepreneurship. So that each of our defenders who decided to open their own business could not worry about tax aspects. Special attention is paid to those who are applying for or have already received a grant from the Ukrainian Veterans Fund. 

This is comprehensive support: choosing taxation system, explaining accounting specifics and supporting in fulfilling one’s tax obligations.
