State Tax Service actively develops online points of the Tax Consultant Offices

State Tax Service actively develops online points of the Tax Consultant Offices. Currently, 19 such points have been opened in 9 regions.  

This was informed by acting Head of the State Tax Service Lesya Karnaukh on the Facebook page.

“Demand for quality tax consultations is enormous. We see this every day in a number of applications to the Tax Consultant Offices, which the State Tax Service opened last fall. It is important for us that every taxpayer can receive professional and timely consultation, regardless of where they live. Therefore, we are actively scaling the online points of the Tax Consultant Offices” – Lesya Karnaukh stated.

In total, 20 Tax Consultant Offices and 19 online points are already operating.

Currently, such online points have already been opened in communities of Kyiv, Khmelnytskyi, Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, Bukovyna, Poltava, Kirovohrad and Cherkasy regions.

“Network expansion continues. Such service is about the opportunity to get consultation without long trips. It is about supporting people and business, where they live and work. We create the most convenient and barrier-free conditions for taxpayers in each region. It is possible to get professional assistance remotely via the video connection at online points of the Tax Consultant Offices” – acting Head of the State Tax Service added.

Special emphasis in the Offices’ work is on supporting veteran entrepreneurship and grant recipients. This is full consulting support and assistance at every stage of the business.

By the way, since opening of the Tax Consultant Offices, more than 101 thousand consultations have already been provided.

The most often, citizens apply for basic, but critically important questions. More than 40% of all applications are related to the accrual and payment of taxes and single contribution. Digital services – the taxpayer’s Electronic cabinet, reporting and tax debt questions – are of consistently high interest.

Currently, the service is most actively used by individuals – almost 70% of visitors. At the same time, share of self-employed individuals and business entities is gradually increasing.
