Global Taxpayer Survey: there’s still the time to share your thoughts

Global Taxpayer Survey in Ukraine is ongoing, taxpayers still have opportunity to participate and share their own experience of interacting with the tax system.

Individuals – entrepreneurs and legal entities are invited to participate. Survey results will help assess how convenient and understandable current tax procedures are, as well as identify areas for further improvement of services and communication with the taxpayers.

Survey participants can tell how much time and resources it takes to comply with tax requirements, what difficulties business faces administering taxes and how they interact with tax authorities in practice.

It is possible to fill out the web form via the Electronic cabinet – via the link that was sent to private part of the service.

The survey is being conducted with support of the World Bank in cooperation with the State Tax Service and implemented by independent research companies UDA Consulting and Info Sapience. The survey is a part of activities of the National Revenue Strategy until 2030.

All participants’ responses remain anonymous and confidential. Obtained data will be used solely in the aggregate form without transfer of personal information.
