Global taxpayer survey is coming to the end. Individuals-entrepreneurs and legal entities still have time to participate in the survey and share their own experience of interacting with the tax system.

Survey results will become important basis for assessing how convenient and understandable current tax procedures are, and will also help identify areas for further improvement of services, digital tools and communication with the taxpayers.

Participants can share their practical experience in fulfilling tax obligations, evaluate time and resource costs of complying with tax requirements.

Fill out the web form via the Electronic cabinet using link sent to the payer’s private section.

Survey is being conducted with support of the World Bank in cooperation with the State Tax Service and implemented by independent research companies UDA Consulting and Info Sapience. Survey is a part of activities of the National Revenue Strategy until 2030.

All participants’ responses are anonymous and confidential. Obtained data will be used solely in the aggregate form without transfer of personal information.
