Real estate owners paid 5.5 billion UAH to the budget: the most in the capital and Kyiv region

Property owners paid 5.5 billion UAH of the real estate tax other than land in the first five months of 2026. This is 12.9% more than the last year. Then the budget received 4.9 billion UAH.

The capital and three leading regions provided a significant part of the total revenues:

- Kyiv city – 1.1 billion UAH;

- Kyiv region – 612.8 million UAH;

- Dnipropetrovsk region – 564.8 million UAH;

- Lviv region – 539.5 million UAH.

All collected funds remain in local budgets, which allows communities to independently finance restoration of infrastructure, operation of utility services and social projects during the martial law.

If there are discrepancies regarding accrued amount, contact the Taxpayer Service Centers and make a reconciliation.
