Single contribution: 370.7 billion UAH is paid paid in the first half of the year

Revenues of single contribution to obligatory state social insurance amounted to 370.7 billion UAH in January – June 2026. This is 56.1 billion UAH or 17.8% more than in the same period in 2025, when 314.6 billion UAH was paid.

Stable growth of single contribution revenues indicates positive dynamics of legal employment and responsible attitude of payers to the fulfillment of their obligations.

Main indicators of the single contribution:  

- 1 902.34 UAH per month (8 647 UAH minimum insurance contribution × 22%);

- maximum insurance contribution – 38 046.80 UAH: 22% of 20 minimum salaries (172 940 UAH). 

Single contribution is the main source of funding for social insurance funds. These funds are used to finance pension payments, temporary disability benefits, insurance payments in case of accidents at work, as well as other social guarantees specified by the law.

Timely and full payment of single contribution is obligation of every payer. This is a guarantee of social security for employees, as contributions paid form their insurance experience, which determines right to pension benefits and certain types of social benefits.
