Electronic documents, excise payment and interaction of information systems: officials of the State Tax Service discussed testing of the eExcise system with business

Formation and processing of electronic documents, interaction of information systems of the State Tax Service with the "eExcise" component, use of budget accounts for the excise tax payment during beta testing became the main topics of the next working meeting of the State Tax Service, Ministry of Digital Transformation with representatives of business entities testing the system.

Participants discussed practical aspects that have arisen since the start of the eExcise testing, suggestions for improving individual functionality of the system and also agreed on further procedure for interaction and communication during testing of the excise tax payment services.

Special attention was paid to use of budget accounts to which excise tax is credited during testing, reflecting charges on payer cards, refunding funds or crediting them to future payments.

Technical and regulatory aspects necessary for further improvement of services and ensuring their stable operation were also worked out.

State Tax Service together with Ministry of Digital Transformation continue active cooperation with business within beta testing framework of the "eExcise". This format of interaction allows us to promptly take into account user suggestions, improve functionality of the system and ensure its high-quality implementation.
