State Tax Service makes tax consultations more accessible: online network of the Tax Consultant Offices has grown to 84

State Tax Service actively develops Online network of the Tax Consultant Offices to make tax consultations more accessible. Currently, 84 such Offices have been opened in different regions. In addition, 20 Tax Consultant Offices are operating. 

This was informed by acting Head of the State Tax Service, Lesya Karnaukh. 

“Tax consultations are becoming even more accessible. To get tax consultation, it is no longer needed to go to another city or look for a right specialist. The service is in great demand. As it saves time for people. And the most importantly, tax assistance is available, regardless of where people live” – Lesya Karnaukh stated. 

State Tax Service opened Tax Consultant Offices in September last year. And already in them, together with online points, our specialists have provided more than 140 thousand consultations.

Most often, citizens appeal to the Tax Consultant Offices regarding personal taxation questions – more than 70% of applications. 

Another 17% of consultations are provided to individuals-entrepreneurs and small business representatives.

Among the most common topics of appeals:

- accrual and payment of taxes, levies and single contribution – 41.6%;

- work with services of the Electronic cabinet – 8.8%;

- determination and verification of tax debt – 7.6%.

The biggest number of online points of Tax Consultant Offices is currently operating in Odesa region – 14, in Volyn –10, in Lviv and Kyiv regions – 6 each, as well as in Vinnytsia and Mykolaiv regions – 5 each.

“We will continue to expand online network so that tax consultations are available to the taxpayers in all regions of Ukraine. Soon, new points will appear in Ivano-Frankivsk and Khmelnytskyi regions” – Lesya Karnaukh informed. 

By the way, almost 26.5 thousand citizens took advantage of the opportunity to leave anonymous feedback via the QR codes. 

According to the survey results, 98.6% of respondents were satisfied with quality of services, 98.7% highly appreciated competence of experts and 98.4% of respondents noted accessibility of the service.
