Building of Main Directorate of the State Tax Service in Kherson region was damaged due to the enemy attack

This weekend, building of Main Directorate of the State Tax Service in Kherson region was again under russian attack. Enemy drone dropped a projectile with incendiary mixture on the roof of the Tax Service. Building caught fire. The most importantly, there were no casualties or injuries. This was informed by acting Head of the State Tax Service, Lesya Karnaukh.

According to her, the roof and upper floors of the building burned down, the rest of premises were significantly damaged.

“We thank the rescuers who, as always, came to rescue and extinguished the fire despite the constant risk of repeated attacks” – Lesya Karnaukh wrote.

The full scale of destruction is being clarified.

Currently, the Kherson region’s Tax Service will not be accepting visitors.

“I am grateful to our tax officials and taxpayers, for whom we work, for their resilience. It is getting harder and harder to hold on, the enemy is exhausting. But the main thing is to protect yourself and loved ones” – Lesya Karnaukh stated.
