State Tax Service invites to participate in a survey on the barrier-free interaction and accessibility of services

Invitation to participate in anonymous survey conducted by the State Tax Service of Ukraine to assess needs of persons with disabilities and persons with disabilities as a result of war regarding physical, informational and digital accessibility (barrier-free) of interaction and services in bodies of the State Tax Service of Ukraine.

State Tax Service strives to make obtaining information and tax services convenient and accessible for everyone. That is why it is important to hear your opinion: which services and communication channels work well and which should be improved.

Survey participants can share their experience of interacting with the State Tax Service’s bodies, in particular regarding the accessibility of premises, obtaining necessary information, using electronic resources and communicating with service employees.

Filling out the questionnaire will take about 15 minutes.

Participate in the survey from September 10 to September 27, 2026 inclusively.
