First aid training: skills that can save lives in the wartime conditions was conducted at the State Tax Service

First aid and resuscitation measures for adults – this is the topic of another practical and theoretical training for employees of the State Tax Service of Ukraine.

Participants did not just listen to the theory, but practiced algorithms of actions that could be decisive in a critical situation.

Employees of the State Tax Service learned how to properly assess victim’s condition, perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation and act in cases of bleeding, injuries, loss of consciousness and other emergencies.

Particular attention was paid to practical skills. Participants were able to practice sequence of actions in a simulated situations.

Conducting such exercises at the State Tax Service is not only about training employees. It is about responsibility and readiness to support those who are nearby in a difficult moment. After all, in the war realities, ability to provide first aid is knowledge that may one day become the most important in life.

Training was organized with assistance of the Central Project Management Agency (CPVA, Lithuania) and international technical assistance project “Public Finance Management Support Programme in Ukraine (EU4PFM): components 1, 3 and 4”, in cooperation with Ukrainian Rescue School.
