GEM and HGBF help restore Tax Service’s building in capital

As part of the window program, which was created by the American organization GEM in partnership with Howard G. Buffett Foundation (HGBF), the capital’s Tax Service’s building in the Svyatoshynskyi district, which was damaged by massive enemy shelling in June, is being restored.

Partners supported the State Tax Service and joined in carrying out necessary works.

Broken windows, damaged offices and premises are the consequences of russian attack, which had to be dealt with promptly. The Tax Service’s appeal was responded to by the charitable organization GEM in partnership with Howard G. Buffett Foundation. Thanks to their support, work is currently ongoing to replace windows. A total of 245 new structures will be installed.

Officials of the State Tax Service thanked the GEM and Howard G. Buffett Foundation for their prompt support, concern and willingness to help where the consequences of russian aggression require a rapid response.

This is not just replacing damaged windows, but opportunity to quickly return premises to full operation and continue to perform their tasks.
