More than 12 million UAH is paid to the budget based on the audit results of used car seller

Tax authorities have additionally accrued more than 12 million UAH of tax liabilities to enterprise that imported used cars into Ukraine but did not record their subsequent sale in its records. Taxpayer paid the specified amount to the budget in full.

Tax authorities have identified violations during the processing of taxpayers who import and sell used cars.

State Tax Service’s specialists analyzed information on the import of vehicles into the customs territory of Ukraine, their subsequent sale, income received, and completeness of tax declarations. They detected that one entity imported used cars into the customs territory of Ukraine, but did not have its own trading platforms for their sale.

Unscheduled documentary audit confirmed that sale of imported cars was not reflected in the accounting.

State Tax Service continues its systematic work to identify and stop schemes for minimizing tax liabilities, ensuring control over completeness of income declarations and tax payments.
