Increasing transparency of settlements: more than 4.3 trillion UAH in checks

Transparent settlements are becoming more and more common in Ukraine. In the first eight months of 2026, the total volume of settlement operations carried out through RRO/PRRO reached 4.32 trillion UAH. This is 575.7 billion UAH (+15.4%) more than in the same period last year.

At the same time, not only amounts but also number of fiscal checks are growing. In January – August, 7.34 billion settlement documents were generated. This is 320 million (+4.6%) more than in 2025.

Excisable products: indicators are growing in key segments

Positive dynamics are also observed in sale of excisable products, segment that is traditionally under increased control:

- Alcohol beverages: fiscalized value reached 127.8 billion UAH, increase of 16.4 billion UAH (+14.7%) compared to the same period last year.

- Fuel: sales volumes increased from 5.01 billion to 5.45 billion liters (+8.8%).

- Tobacco products: cost of sold products increased from 97.9 billion to 122.6 billion UAH (+25.2%).

Growth of fiscalized revenues is not only increase in the amounts in checks. Strengthening risk-oriented work based on data from the RRO/PRRO allows ensuring transparency of settlements, protecting rights of buyers to receive fiscal check and creating equal conditions for business.
