Violations regarding the payment of salaries in the number of 44.1% of audited entities have been detected by the tax officers

In January-July 2019, the tax officers have found out that 44.1% of audited entities violated the tax legislation regarding the payment of salaries and other revenues to individuals.

571.8 million UAH of the personal income tax, 160 million UAH of the single social contribution and 46.6 million UAH of military fee has been additionally calculated and should be paid by the violators as a result of audits.

11.8 thousand hired employees employed by the employer without registration of employment has been identified according to the proceeded tax audit measures.  

Specialists of the tax service participate in working groups regarding the legalization of wages and employment created by the initiation of local executive authorities. There are the surveys of production, commercial premises of legal entities and individuals, as well as places of business activity. In addition, the tax compliance awareness work is carried out with employers. Due to this, over the 7 months of 2019, employers have concluded 96.2 thousand employment agreements with employees.

In January-July 2019, the number of 13.8 thousand citizens has already been involved in the state registration that previously carried out an informal business activity. 17 million UAH of taxes and fees and 18.1 million UAH of the single social contribution have been additionally paid to the budgets.
