Due to the big number of mistakes in the preparation of Certificate of Manager of the excise warehouse of fuel, the excise warehouse, fuel tanks located ta specified excise warehouses, flowmeters and gauges (form J (F) 0210301); Certificates of aggregate accounting data on volumes of turnover (admission / release) and fuel residues at the excise warehouse of fuel (Form J (F) 0210401); Certificates on flowmeters for the volume of ethyl alcohol produced and / or the volume of produced products (Form J (F) 0210601) and Certificates on the summary records for the volume of turnover (admission / release) and residues of alcohol in the excise warehouse of the alcohol producer and / or producer of certain products (form J (F) 0210701) we inform that:

Column “№ of line” of tables in all certificates has a sequence number of the line in the tables of the compiled document.

If this is the primary certificate (that is compiled for the first time) then the meaning of the column “№ of line of the primary certificate that is adjusted / amended” that is indicated in the second column of the certificate’s tables – has the same meaning with column “№ of line” in the first column of the certificate’s table.

If this is a corrective certificate, then the meaning of column “№ of line of the primary certificate that is adjusted / amended” that is indicated in the second column of the certificate’s tables may not coincide with the meaning of the column “№ of line” in the first column of the certificate’s table.
