The STS takes part in the introduction of new E-service for parents of infants

Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine presented the “E-Malyatko” service through which upon the receipt of birth certificate parents can optionally receive 6 services by 1 application, made in maternity hospital, namely:

- state registration of birth;

- determining origin of a child;

- prescribing assistance at birth;

- registration in the State Register of individuals - taxpayers;

- determining the identity of the newborn baby to Ukrainian citizenship;

- entering information about the newborn baby to the Unified State Demographic Register with a unique record number in it.

The State tax service of Ukraine takes part in the introduction of this new electronic service regarding the registration of a child in the State Register of individuals - taxpayers at the State Registration of Birth. Among the benefits that will come from the introduction of the new service are: simplification of procedures for receiving social benefits and further simplification of the mechanism for obtaining documents for travelling abroad.

Introduction of the integrated “E-Malyatko” service is carried out in accordance with the Decree of the President of Ukraine as of 08.11.2019 № 837 “On urgent measures to reform and strengthen the state”. Procedure for the integrated “E-Malyatko” service is approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as of 10.07.2019 № 691.
