The NBU has abolished the norm for transferring funds from accounts of individuals-entrepreneurs after payment of taxes

Rules on the procedure of using current accounts of individuals-entrepreneurs and individuals who carry out an independent professional activity have been abolished. This decision was made by the National Bank of Ukraine in order to eliminate manipulation and possible obstacles to the activity of entrepreneurs.

Decision on abolition of the norm is contained in the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine №7 as of 15.01.2020 “On amendments to the Instruction on the procedure for opening and closing accounts of the bank customers and correspondent accounts of resident and non-resident banks.” It will enter into force on 17.01. 2020.
