Government changed the procedure for submitting information to the STS bodies

Government approved the Resolution amending Paragraphs 9 and 13 of the Procedure for periodic submission of information to the state tax authorities and receipt of information by the specified authorities by written request.

Recipients and users of electronic trust services will be able to use a qualified electronic signature using a qualified public key certificate during the periodic submission of information to the state tax authorities and receipt of information by the specified authorities by written request.

New provisions ensure proper implementation of the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Trust Services”.
