Acceptance and registration of tax invoices and calculation adjustments will be temporarily suspended on the 3rd and 4th of February 2020

State tax service of Ukraine informs that acceptance and registration of tax invoices and calculation adjustments will be temporarily suspended on the 3^rd and 4^th of February 2020 due to the regulatory and technological works, related to the implementation of Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 1165 as of 11.12.2019 “On approval of procedures regarding suspension of registration of tax invoice / calculation adjustment in the Unified register of tax invoices” (hereinafter - Resolution № 1165).

Starting from the 5^th of February 2020, acceptance of tax invoices and / or calculation adjustments from the taxpayers to their tax invoices and its registration in the Unified register of tax invoices will be ongoing in accordance with the requirements of Paragraph 3 of the Order for maintaining the Unified Register of tax invoices approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 1246 “On approval of Order for maintaining the Unified Register of Tax Invoices” (with amendments) and taking into account requirements of Procedure regarding suspension of registration of the tax invoice / calculation adjustment in the Unified Register of tax invoices, approved by the Resolution № 1165.
