Certificate on the amount of paid income and withheld taxes is available in the E-cabinet

There is ongoing period of submitting declarations by the civil servants and individuals authorized to perform the state or local self-government functions. And traditionally the number of E-users is growing these days. E-cabinet allows receiving information about the amount of paid income and withheld taxes required to complete the declaration promptly and at any time. Only during the last few days the STS provided more than 32000 responses to citizens’ income requests.
User must have a qualified electronic signature to use the service “Obtaining information from the State register of individuals - taxpayers on the amount of paid income and withheld taxes”. Request for such information should be sent in the private part of the Electronic cabinet, the login-in to which must be made by means of such electronic signature.
This service can be used by the civil servants or their family members in the process submitting their annual declaration of individuals authorized to perform state or local self-government functions.
Information about earned income can also be obtained in the paper form. For this the one should contact the controlling authority.
Please note that the 10th of February was the last day for submitting tax calculation of the amount of income accrued (paid) in favor of the taxpayers, as well as the amount of withheld taxes from them by the tax agents according to which the information on the citizens’ income is collected to the State register of individuals – taxpayers.
According to Regulations for computerized processing of tax reporting by the supervisory authorities within nine working days since the reporting deadline, such information is processed, it means that the last day of reporting is the 21st of February 2020.
Consequently, citizens who are registered in the State register of individuals - taxpayers can get information about their income for 2019 starting from the 22nd of February 2020.
