STS: procedures for submitting / issuing documents for administrative services determined by the Law № 481/95-BP was changed for the quarantine period

According to the Law of Ukraine as of 17.03.2020 № 530-IX “On amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine aimed to prevent the occurrence and spread of coronavirus disease (COVID-19)” from the day of quarantine announcement, the period of application for administrative services and terms for providing these services, determined by the Law, are suspended. From the date of quarantine’s termination, the duration of these periods will continue taking into account the time elapsed before its termination.

State tax service of Ukraine informs that documents for provision of administrative services (including payment of regular license fee) determined by the Law of Ukraine as of 19.12.1995 № 481/95-BP “On the state regulation of production and turnover of alcohol of ethyl alcohol, cognac and fruit, alcohol beverages, tobacco products and fuel” are accepted only through quarantine mailboxes of the STS bodies and by the postal mail.

Information about the registers of valid licenses and the Unified state register of storage sites is posted in the section “Registers” of the STS web portal.

Due to this, provision of original documents will be done after the quarantine.
