STS: provision of qualified electronic trust services is carried out by a preliminary appointment

In order to ensure provision of the qualified electronic trust services for the period of measures aimed to prevent the occurrence and spread of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) across the territory of Ukraine and compliance with the requirements of Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 211 as of 11.03.2020 “On preventing the spread of coronavirus COVID-19 in Ukraine”, the Qualified provider of electronic trust services Information and reference department of the STS provides the taxpayers with electronic keys for online access to electronic services.

Provision of electronic trust services by Provider will be carried out only by a preliminary appointment to the relevant separate registration point.

Please note that there is opportunity of using remote re-generation service of electronic certificates which greatly simplifies the process of obtaining electronic trust services. This service is available at https://acskidd.gov.ua/manage-certificates.

Service allows obtaining electronic trust services online, that is, without visiting separate user registration points, filling in registration cards, preparation of other paper documents which saves time and funds.

New certificates can be re-generated remotely by users who have:

valid certificates (for example, there are a few days left before the certificate’s expiration day);

unchanged registration data (first, patronymic and last name, address of residential registration, Code of the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine, etc.);

private key that is accessible only to the user and is not compromised.
