Working schedule of the Taxpayer contact center of the STS during quarantine

Contact center of the State tax service of Ukraine continues to provide advisory services to the taxpayers. Information support services can be obtained by calling: 0 800 501 007 from 10 hours 00 minutes (10 AM) to 17 hours 00 minutes (5 PM), except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

During the non-working hours it is possible to leave questions using the service “Leave a question – we will call you”.

Also, it is possible to send questions and messages to: idd@tax.gov.ua.

Please note that using the Public Information and Reference Resource (ZIR) it is possible to get answers to questions of the taxpayer’s interest at any time.

ZIR can be used through the official web portal of the STS or directly via the Internet at: http://zir.tax.gov.ua/.

Mobile apps “ZIR” can be downloaded for free through the App Store and Google Play.
