Failure to issue a check or issue a counterfeit check during the sale of products or providing services is one of the problems that consumers face.

What to do if a fiscal check wasn’t issued?

Given the fairly frequent cases of deceiving consumers – the issuance of check of an unspecified form or even a refusal to issue a fiscal check, the State Tax Service of Ukraine requests to apply:

- by a telephone number:

0800 501 007 (direction “4”)

- or write a complaint to:

idd@tax.gov.ua
