Oleksiy Lyubchenko discussed legislative innovations in the tax sphere with leadership of the Public Council at the State Tax Service

Today, Chairman of the STS Oleksiy Lyubchenko and Chairman of the Public Council at the STS Dmytro Oleksienko discussed improvement of tax administration. It was a question regarding implementation of legislative norms, specifically, provided by the Law of Ukraine as of 16.01.2020 № 466.

“We understand importance of changes for the taxpayers and significant number of innovations. That is why currently we conduct explanatory work with the taxpayers, so that adaptation to the new rules will be successful for both business and tax specialists.” – stated Chairman of the STS Oleksiy Lyubchenko.

According to Dmytro Oleksienko, members of the Public Council have already developed several initiatives to improve tax administration. It was agreed that in the near future they will be considered and discussed jointly with the STS specialists.
