Orders establishing the Procedure for registration and application of software RCO, as well as the form and content of settlement documents have been registered

The state registration of Orders of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, which approved the Procedure for registration and use of software registrars of calculated operations, as well as the form and content of settlement documents have been completed.

In order to implement requirements of the Law of Ukraine as of 20.09.2019 № 128-IX “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Application of Registrars of Calculated Operations in the Sphere of Trade, Public Catering and Services” and other Laws of Ukraine on the un-shadowing of settlement operations in the sphere of trade and services”, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine jointly with the State Tax Service have developed Orders of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine which specifically regulate the registration and use of software RCO and the introduction of electronic settlement document (check).

The Ministry of Justice registered the Order of the Ministry of Finance as of 23.06.2020 № 317 “On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine as of 14.06.2016 № 547” which stipulates the following:

The Order of registration, maintenance of the registrar and application of software registrars of calculated operations;

The Procedure for determining the range, issuance, reservation, use of fiscal numbers assigned to the electronic settlement documents during the operation of the software registrars of calculated operations offline.

The Order of the Ministry of Finance as of 18.06.2020 № 306 “On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine as of 21.01.2016 № 13” was also registered, according to which:

the form and content of settlement documents generated by registrars of calculated operations / software registrars of calculated operations have been improved;

the new form of settlement document for cash disbursement operations to holders of electronic means of payment has been established.
