State Tax Service of Ukraine provides free software solution for testing

The Law of Ukraine as of 20.09.2019 № 128-IX “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Application of Registrars of Calculated Operations in the Sphere of Trade, Public Catering and Services” and other Laws of Ukraine on the un-shadowing of settlement operations in the sphere of trade and services” required the STS to provide free software solution for the business entities usage during settlement operations.

Free software solution “Software registrar of calculated operations (test version)” is posted here and is offered for testing to all business entities to which the Law of Ukraine “On Application of Registrars of Calculated Operations in the Sphere of Trade, Public Catering and Services” is applicable. Software solution can be used to register settlement operations (formation of settlement documents, fiscal reporting checks, their direction for fiscalization to the fiscal server, providing a fiscal check to the buyer) and can be installed on any device that supports Windows Vista SP2 and more or Android 4.1 and more.

Software solution can be used during the period of absent connection with the fiscal server (offline mode).

It is possible to register Software Registrar of Calculated Operations (a cash register) / cashier (electronic seal) using software of the Electronic cabinet or any other software available to the business entity.

Registration of Software Registrar of Calculated Operations is carried out by submitting an application for registration of the software registrar of calculated operations (form J / F 1316602) which is posted at the following links:

The cashier is registered by submitting a notification on the provision of information on a qualified public key certificate (form J / F 1391801) which is posted at the following links:

Testing of free software solution “Software registrar of calculated operations (test version)” will last until 31.07.2020.

Daily, starting from 15.07.2020, from 8 hours 00 min up to 20 hours 00 minutes, it is possible to test the work of free software solution and send comments / suggestions about its functionality to the address: prro@tax.gov.ua.

Starting from 15.07.2020, the work of the Contact Center of the State Tax Service will be extended to 20 hours 00 minutes in order to provide information support to business entities that participate in the testing of software RCO.
