Violations in the turnover of excisable products

Excisable product control department of the State Tax Service jointly with the SFS employees conducts joint control and audit measures in order to control activity of business entities in the turnover of excisable products.

30600 bottles of alcohol beverages marked with excise tax marks with signs of forgery worth 1.964.5 thousand UAH were found in n the warehouse’s storage as a result of proceeded measures in the territory of Kyiv region. Products were seized.

Counterfeit alcohol beverages with a volume of 1300 liters and estimated cost of 130 thousand UAH, ethyl alcohol in the amount of 100 dal and estimated cost of 250 thousand UAH, as well as tobacco products of foreign production without the excise marks, namely 4219 packs with estimated cost of 148 thousand UAH were found and seized in the territory of Vinnytsia region.

4057 bottles of alcohol beverages worth 265.8 thousand UAH marked with excise marks with signs of forgery were found in the warehouse’s storage in the territory of Sumy region.

60.5 thousand bottles of illegally produced alcohol products with estimated cost of 6.5 million UAH were found and seized in the territory of Trans Carpathian region.
