The consolidated budget received 461.7 billion UAH during January – July 2020

The consolidated budget (net balance) received 461.7 billion UAH of payments controlled by the State Tax Service during January – July 2020. This is 55.1 billion UAH or 13.6% more than during the corresponding period in 2019.

The state budget received 310.2 billion UAH, which is 51.7 billion UAH or 20.0% more than during January – July 2019.

Local budgets received 151.6 billion UAH. This is 3.5 billion UAH or 2.3% more than in 2019.

At the same time, revenues (net balance) to the general fund of the state budget in July 2020 amounted 29.6 billion UAH; indicative figures of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine have been fulfilled by 123.1%.

In July 2020, the taxpayers received reimbursement totaling 9.1 billion UAH of the value added tax, which is 100% corresponds to the amounts claimed for reimbursement.

Accumulated at the beginning of 2020 budgetary debt arrears of unreimbursed VAT were reduced by 12.6 billion UAH. 

In terms of basic payments in July 2020, the increase comparing to July 2019 has been provided from the value added tax on goods produced in Ukraine, namely by1.3 times (+2.3 billion UAH), excise tax on excisable goods produced in Ukraine by 11.8% (+0.7 billion UAH).

Revenues from the single social contribution to compulsory state social insurance have amounted 24.4 billion UAH, which is 1.2 billion UAH or 5.1% more than in July 2019.

Specified indicators were achieved in the context of epidemic and related quarantine restrictions, particularly, regarding the implementation of control and verification activities.

Total payment revenues transferred to the state, local budgets and state trust funds administered by the State Tax Service during January – July 2020 have amounted 624.3 billion UAH, which is 11.2% or 63.1 billion UAH more than during the same period in 2019.
