Mobile Taxpayer Service Center has been launched in order to provide quality and affordable tax services in Dnipropetrovsk region.
This is the second mobile TSC from the Tax Service, which itself goes to the taxpayers and provides administrative services at places. Such Mobile TSCs have been successfully launched in Odessa region.
It is possible to find out about the next mobile TSC’s departure by viewing the “Announcements” section on the main page of the subsite “Territorial bodies of the State Tax Service in Dnipropetrovsk region” and from ads in the TSC’s premises.
Due to mobile service format, citizens receive tax services even in remote corners of the region; this service is especially useful for people with disabilities. It allows getting services and advice in the shortest possible time.
Moreover, the TSC’s specialists provide answers regarding the acceptance of reports, inform about the implemented electronic services of the State Tax Service and benefits of the Electronic cabinet, provide free software for the formation and submission of taxpayers’ reports in the electronic form, as well as help to fill in tax declarations.
Mobile Taxpayer Service Center is convenient and fast tax assistance for those who do not have the opportunity to visit stationary TSC, whose extensive network operates throughout Ukraine.
Taxpayers can receive administrative, consulting and information services, submit tax declarations and receive qualified electronic signature services in 469 TSCs. In total, TSCs provide 96 administrative services.
Taxpayer Service Centers provided 2.5 million administrative services only during the 1st half of 2020.
