Violations of tax legislation can be reported via the E-mailChapter: News

State Tax Service of Ukraine draws the citizens’ attention to possibility of submitting information (complaint) about violations of tax legislation in the electronic form. Information (complaint) can be sent to idd@tax.gov.ua, specifically about:

- settlement operations without the use of RCO – RCO’s check wasn’t issued;

- lack of information about the issued RCO’s check in the Electronic cabinet of the State Tax Service;

- sale of excisable products (alcohol beverages and / or tobacco products) with signs of counterfeiting, absence of excise tax marks, lack of information about the excise tax marks in information systems;

- sale of excisable products (alcohol beverages, tobacco products and fuel) without the relevant licenses;

- use of unregistered hired labor.

Based on the consideration results of provided information (complaints) by the STS and its bodies, control and verification measures will be taken against the violating business entities.
