Tax specialists of Kyiv region prevented the non-payment of 1 million UAH to the budget

Tax specialists of Kyiv region prevented another attempt to form a dubious tax credit totaling 1 million UAH for enterprises of the real sector of economy.

As follows, specialists of Main Directorate of the STS in Kyiv region identified and terminated the scheme with signs of the product range substitution with participation of entrepreneurs-importers.

Business entity registered at the State Tax Service in Kyiv region, formed a tax credit in the system of electronic VAT administration due to the registration of tax invoices with the nomenclature of goods “household appliances and equipment” for 1 million UAH of VAT from importing contractors.

Further, the enterprise submitted for registration tax invoices with the nomenclature of services “transport and forwarding services” and the nomenclature of goods “crushed stone”. At the same time, the enterprise does not have open accounts in banking institutions, excepting accounts in the Treasury (excepting budgetary institutions), labor resources and fixed assets.

In this regard, tax specialists of Kyiv region promptly made a decision on the compliance of specified payer with risk criteria of the VAT payer according to Annex 1 to the Suspension Procedure and included in the list of risk payers.

As a result – Main Directorate of the STS in Kyiv region terminated distribution of a dubious tax credit for transactions with of “non-commodity” signs for enterprises of the real sector of economy totaling 1 million UAH.
