Heads of the STS’s structural divisions participated in training on the organizational effectiveness management

HR department of the State Tax Service of Ukraine organized and conducted lectures on the effectiveness management and evaluation organization evaluation of civil servants on the 16th and 17th of September.
Specifically on the 16th of September, international experts from the Public Finance Management Support Program in Ukraine (EU4PFM) conducted an online training on topic: “From Good to Great”. During the event, representatives of departments got acquainted with the implementation of conceptual approach for sustainable effectiveness management of the public sector institutions, the use of annual effectiveness management cycle and considered the implementation of performance effectiveness management systems in Lithuania and the EU.
In addition, on the 17th of September the HR department conducted a lecture on “Evaluation of performance effectiveness of civil servants on the basis of key efficiency indicators, effectiveness and quality”, during which main provisions of the Procedure for performance evaluation of civil servants, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from 23.08.2017 № 640 and emphasized strict adherence to its provisions.
