State Tax Service has provided 3.2 million administrative services to taxpayers over January – August 2020.
Among 96 administrative services provided by tax specialists, the most requested were issuance of the taxpayer’s card, entry in the passport of a citizen of Ukraine (in the form of a booklet) data on the taxpayer’s registration number from the State Register of Individuals – Taxpayers. More than 801.7 thousand such services have been provided over January – August 2020.
More than 1 million taxpayers received information from the State Register of Individuals – Taxpayers on the amounts / sources of paid income and withheld taxes.
State Tax Service of Ukraine interacts with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine on filling the Register of Administrative Services (registry.diia.gov.ua) which is also integrated to the Portal “Diya” (“Guide to Public Services”) at the link: https://guide.diia.gov.ua/ with information on all services provided by the State Tax Service and its territorial bodies.
Portal “Diya” contains a hyperlink to the ITS “Electronic Cabinet” (http://cabinet.tax.gov.ua) posted in electronic form in the Register of Administrative Services to ensure the possibility of submitting applications in the electronic form, including through the service “Correspondence”.
