Sanctions totaling 269.8 million UAH were applied for violations in production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcohol beverages and tobacco products

Subdivisions of Excisable product control department of the STS conducted 2946 actual audits of taxpayers involved in production, storage and sale of ethyl alcohol, alcohol beverages and tobacco products during January – August 2020.

As a result of such audits, business entities violated requirements of the Law of Ukraine as of 19.12. 1995 № 481/95-VR “On the state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, cognac and fruit, alcohol beverages, tobacco products and fuel” and received financial sanctions totaling 269.8 million UAH.
