Distribution of the VAT tax credit scheme totaling 5.6 million UAH was prevented in Ivano-Frankivsk region

Tax specialists of Ivano-Frankivsk region during the daily monitoring of probable risk operations of newly created taxpayers identified enterprise which in order to distribute the VAT tax credit scheme, was selling imported household and computer equipment to business entities with risk signs.

It turned out that the founder of enterprise was previously registered as an individual – entrepreneur in Donetsk region, having created enterprise in the territory of Ivano-Frankivsk region. According to tax reporting, the specified enterprise was having considerable balances of goods did not declare fixed assets, rented or own warehouse and other premises, services of the warehouse accounting, other expenses necessary for implementation of declared business operations. In addition, it was identified that enterprise was not located at the legal address.

Commission of Main Directorate of the STS in Ivano-Frankivsk region decided to include this enterprise in the list of risky taxpayers in order to prevent formation of potentially risk VAT tax credit totaling 5.6 million UAH.
