Oleksiy Lyubchenko: I am ready to undertake not to go on business audit with a turnover of less than 50 million EUR except for risky ones

Legislator has granted the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the right to lift restrictions on tax audits. Given this, there are 812 audits planned for November – December 2020 for a total amount of risks of more than 5 billion UAH. This was stated by Chairman of the STS Oleksiy Lyubchenko in an interview with the Interfax-Ukraine news agency.
According to him, currently there are 353 suspended scheduled audits of taxpayers with a total amount of tax evasion risks of 39 billion UAH. These are audits that were started but stopped on the 18th of March due to the quarantine.
Chairman of the STS also emphasized that he is ready to waive audits of business entities with a turnover of less than 50 million EUR.
“I am ready to undertake not to go on business audit with a turnover of less than 50 million EUR except for risky ones. This is my personal position. In addition to risky, I emphasize.” – stated Chairman of the STS.
