Operational indicators
- the GDP according to the Ministry for Development of Economy, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine (1st half of 2020) – a decrease of 6.7%
- Growth rate of total payment revenues controlled by the State Tax Service for 10 months of 2020: + 11.2%

Indicative figure is 383.6 billion UAH
In fact – 419.4 billion UAH
Over-fulfillment is + 35.9 billion UAH
Comparing to last year: + 60.3 billion UAH or + 16.8%
That is, not in May – October only the backlog totaling 11.7 billion 11.7 billion was made up but also a significant over-fulfillment of the target for January – October totaling + 35.9 billion UAH was achieved, including:
the VAT (January – October):
Indicative figure (balance) – 64.9 billion UAH
In fact is 96.4 billion UAH
Over-fulfillment: + 31.5 billion UAH or + 48.5%
Comparing to last year: + 28.7 billion UAH or 1.4 times more.

In fact – 32.1 billion UAH
Over-fulfillment is + 9.5 billion UAH + 41.9%
Including the VAT – its over-fulfillment is + 5.8 billion UAH or 2 times more than the indicative.
Comparing to last year the revenue growth is + 4.1 billion UAH, incl. the VAT + 3.9 billion UAH or 1.5 times more.
- Amount of the VAT claimed for reimbursement in January – October 2020 is 108.9 billion UAH, reimbursed – 116.1 billion UAH.
11.9 billion UAH of the VAT was fully reimbursed in October 2020, namely 11.9 billion UAH.
