Oleksiy Lyubchenko discussed topical issues with Ukrainian Business Council

State Tax Service of Ukraine continues practice of open constructive dialogue with the business community. Video conference was held today with the participation of Chairman of the STS Oleksiy Lyubchenko, his deputies Natalia Kalenichenko and Yevhen Oleinikov, heads of structural subdivisions and representatives of 18 business associations – members of Ukrainian Business Council.

Specific issues in application of registrars of calculated operations, advantages and disadvantages of draft laws on changes in the application of RCO, implementation results of the software RCO, functioning of the risk monitoring system for registration of tax invoices / adjustment calculations were considered during the event.

“We, as well as business, are interested in that all worked honestly and according to the unified rules in implementation of effective control over settlement operations and protection of the consumers rights. Therefore, the State Tax Service supports all suggestions that will help increasing the comfort of doing business, which is impossible without further un-shadowing of the economy” – stated Oleksiy Lyubchenko.

Participants of the meeting also noted importance of the SMCOR work, which has already proved its effectiveness in the administration of monitoring system for registration of tax invoices / adjustment calculations, discussed ways for its further improvement and application of risk criteria for taxpayers.

Representatives of business associations emphasized openness and efficiency of the STS in responding to business appeals.

The President of the All-Ukrainian Public Association “Association of Taxpayers of Ukraine” Grigol Katamadze noted achievements of the STS in improving tax administration and ensuring budget revenues, its policy of openness and willingness to communicate openly. He also assured the readiness of business associations to continue cooperation in resolving problematic issues in the tax sphere.
