Electronic service “InfoTAX” started its work

State Tax Service of Ukraine introduced electronic service “InfoTAX”.

Through Telegram and Viber messengers, the taxpayers have opportunity to receive information about the:

- state of budgetary settlements,

- registration and accounting data,

- results of document processing,

- deadlines for reporting and paying taxes.

The next stage of this service will be introduced in January 2021 and will provide the following opportunities:

- pre-filling of reports for single tax payers,

- transition to paying taxes in “two clicks”,

- notification about the tax debt occurrence, as well as the possibility of the tax debt occurrence in case of late payment.

To access the service, you need to find “InfoTAX” in the appropriate messenger (for example, Telegram), in which you can follow the link to Electronic Cabinet to identify and complete the configuration of new service.

“InfoTAX” is a continuation of course started by the State Tax Service for maximum remote communication with taxpayers and a qualitatively new level of services. Comfort of communication with the STS, speed and convenience of obtaining tax information through the “InfoTAX” is not just another step of the STS in digitalization but a response to the taxpayers’ request regarding mobility of services.
