Tax specialists exposed activity of enterprise that caused losses to the budget totaling 42 million UAH

Tax specialists inspected activity of business entity and exposed the fact of enterprise’s tax evasion by underestimation of really received income from economic activity and application of fictitious VAT tax credit scheme.

Based on the consideration results of available tax information obtained from the investigative units of Main Directorate of the SFS in Sumy region, a number of risky enterprises were identified that provided tax benefits to the enterprise in forming tax credit by providing documents for the supply of goods of unknown origin.

In addition, the audit established that the enterprise carried out export operations and operations for the provision of services, income from which was not declared in full, as well as a systematic violation of deadlines for payment of taxes and fees.

Established violations of the tax legislation have amounted to 42 million UAH.
