State Tax Service has provided 4 million administrative services since the beginning of 2020

State Tax Service has provided 4 million administrative services to taxpayers since the beginning of 2020.

Among 126 administrative services provided by tax specialists, the most requested were issuance of the taxpayer’s card, entry in the passport of a citizen of Ukraine (in the form of a booklet) data on the taxpayer’s registration number from the State Register of Individuals – Taxpayers. More than 1.1 million such services were provided during January – October 2020.

More than 1.1 million taxpayers received information from the State Register of Individuals – Taxpayers on the amounts / sources of paid income and withheld taxes.

Obtaining a certificate of absence of payment arrears controlled by the tax authorities was also relevant for the taxpayers. Thus, almost 294.3 thousand such certificates have been provided since the beginning of 2020.

In addition, 293.9 thousand single taxpayers have been registered since the beginning of 2020 and more than 279.6 extracts from Register of single tax payers have been provided.

Also, registration of accounting books of settlement operations was requested by business entities. 253.7 thousand such services have been provided since the beginning of 2020.

Contact Center of the State Tax Service (0 800 501 007) operates for information support and assistance to taxpayers on the status of tax reporting, registration of tax invoices and operation of electronic services. Specialists of the Contact Center provided more than 136.4 thousand consultations on these issues during January – October 2020.
