Oleksiy Lyubchenko: Annual indicative of budget revenues has been fulfilled

As of the 24th of November 2020, the annual indicative revenues of general fund of the state budget have already been fulfilled. This was stated by Chairman of the STS Oleksiy Lyubchenko.
General fund of the state budget received 462.9 billion UAH. This exceeds revenues indications of the Ministry of Finance for 2020 by 4.6 billion UAH or 1.0%.
“Such achievements are a direct demonstration of the un-shadowing effect. That is, the volume of “shadow” operations is reduced and the un-shadowed part of market is occupied by legal business entities that pay taxes” – emphasized Oleksiy Lyubchenko.
Chairman of the STS also stated that additional 10% of the planned revenues indicators, publicly announced by the Minister of Finance of Ukraine Sergii Marchenko, are another 14.7 billion UAH.
“According to the deadlines set by law for the payment of taxes, these funds will reach budget in the near future” – specified Oleksiy Lyubchenko.
He also emphasized that the VAT reimbursement to taxpayers is ongoing without delay, within the time limits set by law. As follows, VAT reimbursement in the amount of 12.5 billion UAH is expected in November.
